| Picture postcards first came out around 1890-1895.
This card shows an eight story Ford building with a huge billboard on the roof that says, "Welcome Visitors: Watch The Fords Go By". The title of the card says, "Ford Service Station, Boulevard and Woodward Ave, Detroit, Mich".
This card has a message on the back and a 2-cent stamp. The postmark is May 10, 1918. |
